Aromatic Aster (Symphyotrichum oblongifolium)

Pair with one of our native Amsonias for an incredible fall color combo. Expect purple blooms August through November. Prefers dry to medium soil moisture and full sun. Important late-season nectar source for bees and butterflies. Mature plants have a bushy habit, covered in light purple flowers.
