The Azure Sage is a forb that reaches 3-5 feet in height. Expect unique sky-blue blooms August through December. Prefers dry to medium soil moisture and full sun to partial shade. This perennial is fast-growing and the foliage has an intense fragrance. Cut back by half in late May to prevent flopping and increase number of blooms. One of Monarch’s favorite nectar sources in our region.
